Colombo, December 2 (newsin.asia): The newly appointed Assistant Defense Adviser to the High Commission of India, Lt Col Puneet Sushil along with the Defense Adviser paid a courtesy call on to the Officiating Chief of Defense Staff and Commander of Sri Lanka Army Lt General Shavendra Silva on November 16, and Commander of Sri Lanka Air Force Air Marshal Sudarshana Pathirana on November 30.
The officers held cordial discussion with the Commander of Sri Lanka Army & Commander of Sri Lanka Air Force on the ongoing matters of bilateral defense cooperation and proposals to further enhance the existing engagement between the two countries
Mementos were exchanged following the discussions. The Defense Advisers also called on the Director General Customs, November 25.
