India has delivered Prime Minister Modi’s pledges to Lanka without any delay, says Indian envoy

The Indian High Commissioner in Sri Lanka, Taranjit Singh Sandhu, told the Indo–Lanka Chamber of Commerce and Industry here on Monday that India has delivered on the promises made to Lanka by Prime Minister Narendra Modi without any delay.  
The projects thus delivered are: the launch of direct  flights between Colombo and Varanasi; the island-wide launch of the Emergency Ambulance Service; and the handing over of the first lot of the 14000 houses for plantation workers in the upcountry.
