Colombo, June 9 (NewsWire) – Sri Lanka’s Health Ministry has amended certain regulations pertaining to COVID-19 currently in effect in the country.
Issuing a circular, the Ministry said wearing a face mask is no longer mandatory in indoor or outdoor settings.
The Health Ministry has also announced that performing the COVID-19 PCR test/ Rapid Antigen Test as a screening test will be halted.

As per the circular, the amended regulations come into effect from tomorrow, the 10th of June 2022.
