Colombo, August 8 (newsin.asia) – Companies with employee engagement programs achieve 26% greater year-over-year increase in annual company revenue, compared those who do not have formal programs (Aberdeen, October 2015).
In a day and age where the market was inundated with off-the-shelf or cookie-cutter model solutions for HR, High5 worked with organizations to develop their own organizational ‘ecosystem’. High5 Consultancy took flight in 2005 as an HR and Management Consulting Company, particularly to address the dire need for “Customized HR Solutions.”
After successfully installing this ecosystem, High5 was charged with driving change initiatives. They soon realized that the brunt of this drive for change rested upon the middle management tiers who needed to be skilled and fortified for this change to materialize. This need led to the second service that High5 provided which was Leadership Training, which grew to be their speciality in driving objectives for growth.
The research arm came into being, again owing to the necessity of measuring the progress and impact made by this change management process: and soon a formula was arrived at to measure engagement and employee satisfaction. Tools were built to assess the robustness of the HR system and its impact on the employee population and the failures or success of the key initiatives implemented.
High5 based their objectives on the services they offered their clients
The genuine passion to support the organization to grow by installing a tried-and-true, authentic “HR ecosystem”, rather than resort to a best-practice implementation, which has not proven to be sustainable.
Upskilling the staff of the organization to face the challenges of the future, not just for the day! Because they understand that a lack of skill and competency of the workforce means the organization as a whole will not function at it’s ideal.
Finally, the commitment to ensuring that the High5 team is always at the cutting edge of HR and Development – in thought and skill, and will continuously initiate innovation in that space.
The formation of Luminary Learning Solutions
While High5 continued with its trademark Leadership Development Program firmly pegged to ROI, the team was inundated with constant requests for other soft skills training, which were gently deflected. However, with time it was obvious that these were the ‘real’ needs clients had within the organization. Yet again answering the call of ‘need’, in 2017, Luminary Learning Solutions was incorporated (Read Luminary Original Free Content under “Publications”).
