New Delhi, September 27 (PTI): India said on Tuesday that it is ‘unable to participate’ in the upcoming 19 SAARC Summit to be held in Islamabad on November 9 and 10.
In a statement, India said increasing cross-border terrorist attacks in the region “by one country” have created an environment that is not conducive to the successful holding of the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) summit.
