Colombo, July 20 (NewsWire) – President Gotabaya Rajapaksa has expressed his willingness to contest for a second term in office.
The President reiterated today that he is willing to contest for a second term at the next Presidential election.

President Gotabaya Rajapaksa further indicated that he has five more years to implement his policies in addition to the next three years.
He made the observation during a meeting held with the owners of media institutions.
President Gotabaya Rajapaksa was elected as the President of Sri Lanka during the Presidential Election held in November 2019.
