Colombo, Feb 17 (NIA) – Medical students from five state universities held a massive protest against the SAITM private medical College in capital Colombo on Friday.
The students, called on the government to shut down the SAITM college, which is the only private medical college in the island country.
The protest, which has been one of many staged in the recent weeks, caused a severe traffic block in Colombo.
