Finland tops the list of the “Safest” countries in the world for travelers. But India and Pakistan figure in the list of “Least Safe” countries, where Pakistan is the 4 th.most dangerous country, and India, the 13 th. says the Global Travel and Tourism Report by the World Economic Forum.
The other countries of South Asia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, the Maldives, Bhutan and Afghanistan, don’t seem to be in the reckoning, in any list.
According to the list published by www.indy100.com, the Least Safe countries are, Nigeria; Columbia, Yemen, Pakistan, Venezuela, Egypt, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Thailand, Kenya, Lebanon, India, Philippines and Jamaica, in that order.
The “Safest” counties are: Finland, Qatar, UAE, Iceland, Austria, Luxembourg, New Zealand, Singapore, Oman, Portugal, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Australia and Belgium, in that order.
