Feb 23 (newsin.asia) – What is “World’s Largest Lesson”? World’s Largest Lesson is an initiative created by Project Everyone in partnership with UNICEF to teach young people and children about Global Goals and encourage them to become the generation that changed the world. It is an umbrella effort designed to unite collective action and generate momentum. The World’s Largest Lesson is therefore defined as any session to teach children about Global Goals.
As AIESEC, we are committed to mobilizing young people to achieve Sustainable Development Goals. To make this happen, we create awareness & understanding of the importance of each individual’s contribution. Hosting this lesson is a part of the implementation of our Youth 4 Global Goals initiative by AIESEC. Which is an initiative through which we aim to mobilize youth towards the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals.
Since 2018, AIESEC Sri Lanka has been able to successfully host two” World’s Largest Lesson” projects in Chilaw and Malabe with the contribution of the members of AIESEC. At an international level, AIESEC World has reached 2751 students and delivered 100 workshops.
