Colombo, July 5 (newsin.asia) – A textile store at the W. A. Silva Mawatha junction has caught fire in Wellawatte.
The Fire and Rescue Department said 5 fire trucks have been deployed to extinguish the fire.
Due to the incident on Galle Road, the lane from Dehiwala towards Kollupitiya will be closed from the Ramakrishna junction.

Vehicles travelling to Colombo must take the marine drive in order to travel, the Police stated.
Currently, no information is available on the cause or casualties.
