Mumbai, Oct 28 (newsin.asia) – Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmum Dhamecha have been granted bail by the Bombay high court on Thursday in connection with the drugs-on-cruise case.
Aryan Khan has spent around three weeks in Mumbai’s Arthur Road Prison after his previous bail pleas were rejected by the NCB court. He will, however, not be walking out of the jail today due to pending paperwork and procedures.

Maharashtra minister Nawab Malik, who has repeatedly termed the NCB’s cruise drugs case as “fake”, on Thursday sought to know why no action was taken against organisers of the cruise party. He also claimed that an organiser of the cruise party was a “friend” of the Narcotics Control Bureau’s (NCB) Mumbai zonal director Sameer Wankhede.
While Aryan’s legal team have maintained that the NCB did not find any drugs in the star kids possession nor could they prove that he consumed any, the ASG, in his argument on Thursday said, ” Our case is not of consumption but of possession.”
