July 24 (IndiaToday) – The first teaser of Ryan Coogler’s upcoming Black Panther: Wakanda Forever dropped at the San Diego Comic-Con on Saturday, July 23. The teaser aptly depicts the void and grief at the loss of actor Chadwick Boseman who had essayed the role of the Wakandan hero in the films.
The film will mark the return of the Black Panther after Chad’s death in 2020. He died at 43 years old due to colon cancer. After that, the future of his Black Panther series was in a limbo.
However, director Ryan seems to have come through as the new teaser suggests.

Ryan paid tribute to Chadwick Boseman at the comic con. “The impact that he made on this industry will be felt forever,” he said. Chadwick’s performance as T’Challa in the 2018 film Black Panther is still considered one of the most nuanced in the MCU and his untimely death in 2020 saw a painful challenge for Marvel.
