August 21 (IndiaToday) – A video that has gone insanely viral on social media featured a New York Police Department (NYPD) officer and a subway commuter who saved a man who had lost consciousness and fallen on the tracks.
In the nail-biting viral clip, a man can be seen lying unconscious on the tracks. The moment an officer noticed it, he didn’t hesitate and jumped on the subway tracks to save the man. He tried very hard to lift the man and instantly a commuter also followed suit to help the officer lift the unconscious man.

Both of them lifted the man on the platform and quickly climbed up while narrowly escaping from the incoming train.
The victim, identified as Jessey Branch, had lost consciousness due to a seizure and had fallen face-first on the tracks, ABC7 reported.
The officer, Ludin Lopez, who saved the man, told CBS2 that the train was just a minute away. “I just saw somebody who needed my help and I reacted. I wasn’t even thinking,” said Lopez.
