April 27 (NewsWire) – Four Covid-19 cases were detected in Sri Lanka on Tuesday, 25th April 2023, the Health Ministry said in a statement.
The Ministry stated that a total of 672,143 Covid patients have been reported in Sri Lanka since the outbreak of the pandemic in 2019.

Out of the total reported cases, more than 655,000 have recovered, while over 16,800 had succumbed to the virus.
The government had previously discontinued reporting Covid infections but has once again commenced reporting new infections.
