April 20 (IndiaToday) – West Indies superstar Kieron Pollard on Wednesday, April 20 announced his retirement from international cricket. The 33-year-old brought down the curtains on a 15-year-long career for West Indies at the highest level.
Pollard is currently in India, representing Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022.
Kieron Pollard took to social media on Wednesday to announce his retirement. “As I move on and make room for those who will carry the game forward in West Indies colours, know that I will always be supporting in whatever way I can. It is with profound gratitude for living my dream that I now raise my bat in salute to all that is West Indies cricket,” Pollard said in a statement on social media.
