Royal Challengers Bangalore sign Wanindu Hasaranga and Dushmantha Chameera for IPL 2021 – NewsWire

Colombo, August 21 (NewsWire) – Virat Kohli lead Royal Challengers Bangalore has signed Wanindu Hasaranga and Dushmantha Chameera for IPL 2021.

The IPL 2021 was suspended indefinitely due to a surge in COVID-19 cases in India in May. It has been scheduled to resume in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on September 19th while the final will be hosted on October 15.

Wanindu Hasaranga is currently ranked No-2 in the World T20I bowling rankings while Chameera has impressed everyone in his last three series.

Just in: Royal Challengers Bangalore have signed Wanindu Hasaranga as a replacement for Adam Zampa for the remainder of IPL 2021. Dushmantha Chameera and Tim David are the other replacement players.
