June 21 (Indian Today) – Sushant Singh Rajput died by suicide on May 14. Days after the actor’s demise, his team launched the website selfmusing.com to share the actor’s thoughts and ideas.
Sushant’s team revealed that Self Musing was the actor’s dream. Announcing the news of the launch of the website on the actor’s Facebook page, they wrote, “He is away but he is still alive with us. Kickstarting #SelfMusing mode. Fans like you were real ‘godfather’ for Sushant. As promised to him, converting this space into a collection of all his thoughts, learnings, dreams, and wishes, he always wanted people to know. Yes, we are documenting all the positive energies, he has left behind in this world. #AlwaysAlive #BestofSSR (sic).”
The website is in a developing stage currently, with just the landing page. One can read some of his quotes featured on home page, for example, “The way you perceive is the way that changes the perception”.
It also has a description of the actor and the website, which reads, “Sushant Singh Rajput was an Indian actor, dancer, entrepreneur and philanthropist. #SelfMusing was his passion. As promised to him, this is a space having all his thoughts, learnings, and wishes he always wanted people to know. We are in the process of documenting all the positive energies he has left behind in this (sic).”
The website can be shared on Facebook, Twitter and WhatsApp. It has garnered more than 85k shares so far.
Apart from acting and science, Sushant Singh Rajput loved writing. The late actor would often take to Instagram to share his thoughts and ideas.
Sushant Singh Rajput’s was last seen on the big screen in Nitesh Tiwari’s Chhichhore. His next film, Dil Bechara, directed by Mukesh Chhabra, was scheduled to release on May 8. The film was not released on the slated date due to the lockdown imposed to prevent the further spread of the novel coronavirus. The official Hindi adaptation of Fault in Our Star, the film also stars newcomer Sanjana Sanghi.
