Colombo,Nov 30 (NIA) – Sri Lankan Prime Minister, Ranil Wickremesingha will leave for Hong Kong on Thursday to attend ‘The World in 2017 Gala Dinner’, organised by the Economist, his office said in a statement here on Wednesday.
He will be accompanied by his wife, Professor Maithri Wickremesinghe and Sri Lanka’s Ambassador in China Dr. Karunasena Kodituwakku.
A statement said, Wickremesinghe will be one of the speakers at the international event.
The World in 2017 Gala Dinner brings together an intellectual audience of business leaders, senior representatives from government, leading academics and thinkers.
