Colombo, May 12 (NIA) – Sri Lankan Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe will lead a delegation to China on May 13 to take part in the ‘One Belt One Road’ summit which is to be held in Beijing, his office said in a statement here Friday.
Leaders of 30 countries will be taking part in the high-level round table discussions that will be conducted at the summit, the statement said.
The forum will pay special attention to the benefits that can be derived by countries through Chinese President Xi Jinping’s Belt and Road initiative.

The Sri Lankan delegation which will be headed by Wickremesinghe will include International Trade Minister Malik Samarawickrema and Minister of Law and Order and Southern Development Sagala Ratnayake.
