Colombo, April 21 (newsin.asia) – At least 160 people were killed and over 370 injured in the multiple clasts which shook Colombo on Sunday, national hospital sources said.
The blasts were reported from the St. Anthony’s Church in Kochikade, St. Sebastians Church in Kantana, the Zion Church in Batticaloa, the Shangri La hotel in Colombo, the Cinnamon Grand Hotel in Colombo and the Kingsbury Hotel in Colombo.
Security has been beefed up across the island while officials from the Bandaranaike International Airport have urged passengers to arrive at the airport, four hours prior to their flight times.
The government announces that all schools will be closed tomorrow in the wake of the six explosions reported in the country.
